James M. “Mickey” Rountree, Jr is the agency owner and Senior Partner of the Agency. He has been with Allstate for over 41 years. Mickey has led the agency to many accolades including Regional Agency of the Year and consistent achievement of Inner Circle and Chairmen’s Conference. He is a native of Savannah and graduate of Jenkins High School. He also attended Armstrong State College. Mickey is a member of the Savannah Chamber of Commerce Owners Council and active leadership within his church Wesley Monumental United Methodist. He is a past member of the Savannah Jaycee’s, Rotary, Exchange club and many other local organizations such as the Boy Scouts.

Jeff Brady is a partner in the Rountree Brady Insurance Agency and has been with the firm for over 10 years. He specializes in Personal and Small Business property and casualty insurance. He has over 14 years of experience in financial services including banking, investments and insurance. His experience has allowed him to provide a wide array of information and guidance to many families and small businesses in Georgia and South Carolina. Over the last 18 months, Jeff has engaged the local Real Estate community through the Savannah Area Board of Realtors with continuing education courses on the details and impact of flood insurance on the Real Estate Market. Jeff is a graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and a native of Savannah. Jeff is a member of the Metropolitan Savannah Rotary Club where her serves on the Board and is also the Sergeant At Arms. Jeff also serves on the City of Savannah Flood Plain Management Board and is actively involved with the Savannah Area Realtors.
